An on-line weekly talk show presented exclusively for members of the Leaders of Design Council on current topics of leadership to build knowledge and reinforce our community and our connections. Each session is designed to inform and inspire, and will feature a topical expert explaining their unique perspectives and followed by live Q + A. TOM ANDREWS: "Leading Bravely in Tough Times."
As a transformation coach, Tom is a long time leader of LDC workshops. He is the President of TJA Leadership, a leading change management firm, and Adjunct Professor, Columbia University School for International and Public Affairs.
