Designing A Leader

Participants will learn effective ways to:

• Create a strong team culture safe for candid conversations
• Tap into employees' intrinsic motivation
• Enhance employee capability through delegation and development techniques
• Give positive and constructive feedback to employees with positive results

The workshop will take place at the Annenberg Community Beach House in Santa Monica, CA. The Beach House story is one of evolution from private to public, starting with the development of the William Randolph Hearst property at 415 Pacific Coast Highway as an opulent private estate for actress Marion Davies in the 1920s.  The Beach House combines elements of the historic Marion Davies Estate with new amenities to create a truly unique community destination.

Overnight accommodations will be provided by Oceana Santa Monica which is located steps from the Pacific Ocean, nestled in a discreet nook of Santa Monica’s most coveted neighborhood.
