This special program has been developed exclusively for LDC members who are looking to share expertise, challenges, and opportunities on specific topics of interest. Each Circle will be facilitated by an LDC member with particular knowledge of the topic and who is committed to supporting and advancing the livelihoods of their peers. Our organization has long believed in harnessing the power of conversations, of sharing experiences, and through meaningful peer-to- peer exchanges enabling our members to “up their game.”
Circles will be organized in 6 month “seasons,” will be composed of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 9 participants, and are recommended to meet monthly for 90 minute sessions. Individual group management will be at the discretion of the Leader, allowing for the topic breadth and availabilities of the participants. Circle leaders and members must commit to strict confidentiality, and are expected to attend discussions for 6 months for consistency and effective exchanges.
