Our comprehensive sessions will be lead by acclaimed management consultant Peter Piven, author of the best selling "The Architect's Essentials of Ownership Transistions". He will explain the comprehensive elements of a leadership transistion, and how to keep our firms moving along a successful track as the founder prepares for a merger or retirement. In addition, we will hear from the Leaders of Design members who have undergone this process in their own firms. You will leave the day with an understanding of the philosophical, legal, financial and human implications of decisions for the future of your practice.
