Mon, September 8, 2025 - Wed, September 10, 2025 / Santa Fe, New Mexico

Great design begins within. This workshop invites architects and designers to rethink the foundation of their firms—not just as businesses, but as creative communities built to endure.

Discover how thoughtful structure, clear purpose, and a culture of trust can spark long-term loyalty, elevate team performance, and sustain your vision through every stage of growth. Whether you’re shaping a new studio or evolving an established practice, this workshop led by industry experts will empower you to build a firm as intentional and lasting as the work you create.
